Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Norwegian consumer legislation, you have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day the service was delivered. The right of withdrawal applies to:

• Network equipment purchased through us
• Services that have not been started after your explicit consent

Note: The right of withdrawal lapses if the installation is completed with your consent before the withdrawal period expires.

Return Process

Return Conditions

For return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• Equipment must be unused and in original packaging
• All accompanying parts and documentation must be returned
• The equipment must not have visible damage or marks
• Return notice must be sent within the withdrawal period

Refund

Upon approved return, we refund:

• The purchase price for returned equipment
• Any delivery costs (if error on our part)

You must cover return shipping yourself unless the error is our fault. Refund is made to the same payment method used for purchase.

Exceptions from Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Services that are completed with your consent
• Customized installations specifically tailored to your needs
• Equipment that has been used or installed
• Sealed products that have been opened for hygienic reasons

Complaint

In case of errors or defects in network setup or equipment, you have the right to complain in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Contact us immediately if you discover errors.

We offer 2 years warranty on all installations and equipment delivered by us.
